Items Necessary to Process Your Loan
We are genuinely interested in helping you obtain the financing necessary to acquire the home you have selected or to refinance your current home without delay. In order to expedite the processing of your loan, we request that you bring all forms and information listed below to your appointment.
Initial Items Needed
1. Check for $450 made out to Territorial Mortgage for credit report and appraisal charges
2. 2 forms of valid U.S. picture ID (driver’s license & Social Security card preferred)
3. Pay stubs - Current Year To Date, covering most recent 30 days (2 minimum)
4. Bank Statements - 60 days (ALL PAGES). If printout: Stamped & initialed by banker
5. 60 Days Statements for any other Liquid Asset (IRA / 401K / TSP)
6. 2 Years W-2’s & Federal Tax Returns (all schedules)
7. Previous employer phone numbers/addresses/employed dates
8. Homeowners Insurance Information: Company, Agent Name, Phone #
9. (If Applicable) Final divorce decree and/or settlement agreement
10. (If Applicable) Proof of alimony or child support payments received in past 12 mos.11.
11. (If Applicable) DD214 (or Statement of Service if active duty military)
12. (If Applicable) Award letters verifying pension, social security and/or annuity income13.
13. (If Self-Employed) Last two years corporate tax returns and applicable W2’s & K1’s 14.
14. (If Self-Employed) Year-to-date Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets
15. (If Self-Employed) Letter from CPA stating self employed for minimum 2 years
