We're redesigning our back office structure and "Perfect Loan Process" procedures

New procedures for tracking & submitting loans

Negotiating with our investors for better turn times & service levels

Our entire team is focused and committed to the goal of closing loans on or before the closing date

We're performing "Closed Loan Autopsies" on any loans that closed late last year. This includes determining the reason for the late closing, and what WE could have done to fix the problem. No finger-pointing, no excuses.

Moving forward, a "Closed Loan Autopsy" will be completed on each loan that closes late. EVERY TIME, we will find out what happened and FIX THE PROBLEM.

We've also brought in an outside expert to look at our operations and offer suggestions from a third-party perspective.
